Arriving with a bag is not a problem
Guests who come straight from the pier are usually wheeling luggage. After check-in your belongings go into a locker, and house attire and toiletries are provided, so you can walk in empty-handed. The floor plan is direct: changing, showers, bath pool, dining and the recliner lounge follow one another in order, with no doubling back. A selection of the spaces is shown below.
The Facilities
Warm Massage Bath Pool
The water is held at a steady temperature, the wall behind it laid in rippled gold tile, the lighting kept low. Most of the crossing and the wait at immigration dissolve right here.
Poolside Light Hall
A double-height hall with a swimming pool, an illuminated floor and a ring of overhead lights. It is the most open space in the house, and worth a lap before your treatment.
Recliner Lounge
Velvet electric recliners sit under a moulded plaster ceiling, with wooden floors that swallow most footsteps. If you plan to sleep in Macau and travel back the next day, this is the simplest answer.
Overnight Rest Area
A room of your own, with a bathtub and shower inside. Useful for a larger group, or for an early start back to the border. Ask us to reserve one when you book (extra cost).

These are the permanent areas. Newly reopened, opening times for individual spaces are still settling, so ask us about the day's arrangements when you book.
The order of one floor
A stone-veined corridor strings the spaces together: bath pool and sauna rooms at one end, dining and the recliner lounge at the other. The materials shift from warm gold tile to wooden floors and velvet, and the sound level drops with them. By the end of the walk your body has generally worked out that it is time to let go.
Soak first and be treated after, or eat first and think about it later; the order is yours. There is also an overnight rest area, useful when you need to be at the pier or the bridge coach early the next morning. Mention it when you book and we will tell you the room types, charges and what is available.
